Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, DharmaSaathi provides the following grievance redressal mechanism.

Timelines
- Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours
- Complaints are resolved within 15 days
- Complaints concerning impersonation or content showing a person without consent are resolved within 72 hours
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted by the Government of India within 30 days at gac.gov.in.
