DharmaSaathi is for adults aged 18 or older, including people using family-assistance accounts. Do not create a marriage profile for a minor, misrepresent an age, or use this service to contact or solicit minors.

Child abuse and exploitation are prohibited

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and any content or conduct that facilitates or promotes harm to children. Do not create, upload, request, distribute or share such material, including through photographs, profile text, voice, private messages or contact exchanges.

Report a concern

Use Report & block on the relevant profile or conversation and choose Suspected underage profile or Child safety concern. You can also open Help & support in the app and submit a safety case, or contact contact@dharmasaathi.com. You do not need an active paid membership to report a concern.

Describe where you encountered the concern and when. Do not download, copy, forward or attach suspected abusive material. Do not send passwords, identity documents or payment details. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.

Review and enforcement

Child-safety and suspected-underage reports enter the urgent private moderation queue. Authorized staff review reported accounts and take action on violations, including restricting accounts and removing prohibited content. Relevant records may be preserved with restricted access for safety and legal obligations. Confirmed child sexual abuse material must be escalated through the operator’s child-safety process to the appropriate regional authority in accordance with applicable law.

Blocking removes access between the two accounts through the service. The reported account is not sent a block notification. A verification badge does not guarantee a person’s age, identity, intentions or safety.
