DharmaSaathi is a matrimony service for adults aged 18 or older. Provide accurate information, use your own account and obtain consent when helping an adult family member. Profile review and verification badges describe checks completed; they do not guarantee identity in every circumstance, character, intentions, safety, compatibility or marriage.

Introductions and membership

Creating a profile, receiving eligible introductions and accepting an introduction are free. After mutual acceptance, either person with an active membership can start a conversation. Both can reply while either person has current membership. Conversation history, safety and account controls remain available after expiry. Keep your availability current; new introductions depend on active, mutually eligible people and are not guaranteed.

New checkout is offered when your reviewed profile and available pool meet the service’s readiness criteria. That check is not a promise that another person will reply. An availability change does not cancel a valid purchase or prevent restoring it. Optional reports, calls and contact exchange have their own availability and consent requirements.

Purchase channels

The app store displays the price, term, renewal conditions and taxes before purchase. Store subscriptions renew under the terms shown by Apple or Google unless cancelled through that store. Cancellation usually stops the next renewal; deleting your DharmaSaathi account does not cancel a store subscription. Use Restore purchases to reconcile access. Refund requests follow the relevant store process and applicable consumer rights.

Website memberships are fixed-term purchases without automatic renewal. Website checkout presents the applicable price and term. Manage purchases in the channel where you bought them. Do not buy overlapping memberships; contact support if more than one charge needs review.

Retired services

Paid consultations, assisted matchmaking and hosted gatherings are no longer offered. Existing bookings, purchase records and original cancellation and refund terms remain available through support.

Safety standards explicitly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, abusive material, grooming, sextortion and trafficking. This service is for adults aged 18 or older.

Conduct and safety

No harassment, impersonation, fraud, solicitation, non-consensual sharing or unlawful content. Respect a declined introduction and another member’s privacy. We may return profiles for changes, restrict access or suspend accounts for violations. Report concerns in the app or contact support. Meet and share personal details only when you are comfortable doing so.

Family access

Relatives may assist only within permissions granted by the profile owner. The owner controls introductions and progress, and may revoke access. Private conversations remain private.

Help and disputes

Contact support for billing, account or safety concerns. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
